INFORMATION UNDER D. LGS. 196/2003 ITALIAN LAW IN THE FIELD OF PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA.

The Leg. No 196, June 30, 2003 ( "Code concerning the protection of personal data") provides for the protection of individuals, legal and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data.

Under Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. no.196/2003, therefore, we hereby inform you that: 
1. Your personal data will be treated to allow the dispatch of Mailing List in CAMILLATEX SPA. 
2. The data will be handled primarily with electronic instruments and computer and stored on media, in compliance with the minimum security measures under the Technical Specification contained in Annex B of Leg. 196/2003. 
3. The provision of data is required in parts marked with an asterisk (*), to enable the effective sending the mailing list: the refusal to provide such data involves non-performing recording the mailing list.

Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 
Right of access to personal data and other rights

1. The individual has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form. 
2. The individual has the right to be informed: 
a) the source of personal data; 
b) the purposes and methods of treatment; 
c) the logic applied in case of processing with the use of electronic means; 
d) the identification of the owner, manager and the designated representative under Article 5, paragraph 2; 
e) the subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be distributed or who may become aware of as representative within the State, managers or agents. 
3. The individual has the right to obtain: 
a) updating, correction or, if interested, the integration of data; 
b) the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or block of data processed in violation of law, including those which are not required to be held for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; 
c) evidence that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, including with regard to their content, to those whose data were disclosed or disseminated, unless this requirement impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. 
4. The individual has the right to object, in whole or in part: 
a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; 
b) the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial purposes.
